The Story

WHY I DO THIS.

I kept seeing the same thing — people doing everything they were told, following programmes for a few weeks, then falling off because life got in the way. Not because they were lazy. Because the programme was never designed for a person with a full-time job, a family, and actual stress.

My background covers exercise science, ENU L1 certified training, and nutrition coaching. But the thing that actually shapes how I coach is simpler: I build plans around real life, not ideal conditions. Whatever you have — in terms of time, equipment, and energy — is what we work with.

Train With Nagz is deliberately small. I don't take on hundreds of clients. I take on people I can genuinely help — and I stay directly involved every step of the way until we actually get there.
